The worst customer service ever encountered. Cindy has the mouth of a sailor on shore leave. She believes she's 100% right even when confronted with actual facts. They had my car for over a month for a simple fender repair. As soon as I drove it home I noticed something wrong. I immediately contacted them and they checked again and find NOTHING. That same day I took it to my usual mechanic and found that all 4 of my struts were busted. They were less than a year old. Two Guys still insisted they did nothing. I had my mechanic replace the struts. My car still has some crazy swaying problem that I've taken it to 4 other places, and no one can identify the problem. I don't know what they did, but now I have a car, that I'm paying for and cannot drive. And as far as the 5 star ratings they get. That's either employees or family members helping them. They suck!!
I took my '14 Equinox to Two Guys for some extensive body repair and I absolutely could not be more thrilled!!! From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing!! Charlie fixed a leak on my door free of charge in order to keep me driving my car until I could get everything straight with my insurance and parts could be ordered. Then I got my car back sooner AND less expensive than estimated AND it looks perfect. You can look that thing up and down with a magnifying glass and you would NEVER know there was ever even a scratch on it!!! Fantastic job, Two Guys!!!
They called and updated me on how my car was coming along and then when I went to pick my car up when it was ready my car looked BRAND NEW!! They even detailed the inside of my car as well! (Which I was not expecting at all!) will be back!!
They do wonderful work! It takes a while but worth the wait.
I am so pleased with the service here! The intake process for dropping off my car was SO quick and easy! They handled all my paperwork and offered me a ride to enterprise.
