I called in to see if they would be able to complete an oil change by the end of the day (it was about 11 am). Yes.
I dropped my van off at 12:30 and the male that I was dealing with called the female out to reprimand her in front of me for telling me that they could complete an oil change today. She basically replied that everything was fine and they were on schedule so it shouldn't be a problem.
Went in for an oil change, got a nice write up of reccomended fixes including a $50 price tag for replacing my air filter. An air filter. When I replaced the air filter myself I couldn't help but notice they didn't even completely latch the system shut when they finished their inspection. Oh and as a bonus a couple months later I started leaking oil because the techs jammed my car back together after the oil change damaging the seating where the O-ring goes. So I got a cheap oil change and damage to my car.
Last Sunday I noticed the breaks on my car were making odd noises and with having a job where I drive all over the place, I knew I needed to get it looked at right away. Mr. Tire was the only auto shop open at 4:00 pm on a Sunday so I took it there and I am sure glad I did! Seth was nothing but great from explaining what was wrong with my car and ensuring I would have my car the next day. Long story short, I had a whole lot going on with my car and it needed a lot of work. As promised, my car was done the next day and everything is running smoothly with no problems. I loved how Seth explained everything to me and answered all my questions with patients. I highly recommend taking your car here!
At 6:46pm I show up to pick up my van. IT NEVER MADE IT IN THE SHOP. Then, they proceed to tell me that there were 3 cars in front of mine.
Please tell me how there are 3 more vehicles in front of me? Did they drop their vehicles off BEFORE 12:30pm? I took my keys and left. No oil change for me.
At 4:30pm I call ahead to see when they might be finished with my van and they say that they'll be pulling it in, in 20 minutes, and that it should be done by 6.

seth was very polite to me when I first came in and listened to what I had to say about what was wrong with my car. We even went it to take a look together so he had an idea of what I was trying to explain and after he checked from what he could see he helped put my mind at ease. And the mechanic Dylan was excellent as well. He did everything came in to inform me on what was done with my car and told me what needed to be fixed and said that when I come back he would even look for my car and take care of it. I recommend going to them. Very pleased
