Took my car in for a oil Change and tire rotation (included in the lifetime Free alignment). I marked the front left rim just to make sure the service is provided. When I pick up my car, the tires were not rotated. The clerk tried to lie and argue with me and said that he even helped the Tech. I spoke with the manager, he apologized and gave me a complimentary free oil change. Two weeks later, I use the free oil change and tire rotation on my other car which also has the lifetime alignment. I did the same thing by marking the front rim (which I always do). When I pick up my car, I looked at my rims and same result. Very disappointed. Refunded my Lifetime alignments. I will never take my cars here ever again. Always double check their work. Customers "BEWARE".

I gave Tires Plus 5 stars because they made tire shopping so easy. I looked up my Tires on their Website, scheduled the appointment on line, dropped off my car and waited less than an hour and my car was ready.
Our Family was on a trip away from Ga and our alternator on our 2014 Kia went out. We was in a bad situation,but... the Guys @ "Tires Plus" took great care of us. This place has excellent service. Very friendly and provide you with the greatest prices and deals for your car. When you come here, talk to Seth and I forgot the other manager's name but they will set you up perfectly so they are definitely a recommendation on my eyes.
