Stopped in to BJs Tire Center last weekend to discuss four new tires for my vehicle. I ended up scheduling an appointment for the following weekend. The guy behind the counter wrote down the type of vehicle, size and type of tire.
When I showed up at my appointment time the different guy behind the counter didn't know I had an appointment and said the tires I wanted were not in stock. He could either order them... Maybe. Or I could spend an extra $80 for what they did have in stock. All in all - the service received was uncaring, unhelpful and unprofessional. I ended up taking my business elsewhere.
Had a flat. Came here and got a repair for free no questions asked.
