I have been going to action taw kwon do & fitness center for a few weeks now, and I LOVE it. My husband and I take the cardio kickboxing class and my husband is also going to be attending the advanced tae kwon do class. I can already feel such a different in my body from the kickboxing... it is a GREAT workout that I had always wanted to try! I had hit a weight loss plateau and wanted something to kickstart the weight loss again... and this was definitely it. The owners are so friendly and welcoming that I don't feel as though I'm in a class but working out with friends! Excellent prices, great workout, and an amazing staff...I would definitely recommend this place!
