I went in for a trim and to dye my hair a light brown *my natural color*. I left with 4 inches of my hair chopped off by what I can only assume was a weed whacker and Black hair! This place is terrible! GO ANYWHERE ELSE, cut your own hair and it will turn out better.
The hair cuttery at this location has greatly gone down hill. I used to love going to get my hair cut here. Great atmosphere, great people, quick times. The last time I went in wasn't completely satisfied with the cut or the stylist but I only go 1-2 times a year so it wasn't a big deal. She didn't seem to want to be bothered because I wasn't regular enough for her.
It was awesome came into the shop and I didn’t have to wait long. The. Staff is kind
I don't like doing negative posts I feel like there is so much negativity these days but I don't like to have my time wasted and on false information and I don't want others to waste their time either.
The two women that cut hair for my two young daughters were very sweet. They were patient and understanding of an 8 and 4 year old's needs. They engaged in polite conversation with them, myself, and my toddler. The place was clean and inviting. The waiting area had enough space for multiple customers. They have a wide variety of decently priced hair products and were knowledgeable about them.
Edit: I got my hair fixed at blades beauty school by a student and my layers are even. Wasn't much she could do about the color just yet since the stylist at cuttery had dyed it so dark!
I do not recommend this place. I went here for a quick $25 trim (my stylist at my regular salon was booked) which turned into a $50 experience. The haircut was a hack job. And $10 more for long hair? I got a one inch trim for my just-past- shoulder length hair. And nowhere is that posted on the price list. $12 to flat iron? Nowhere is that advertised either nor should be that much. The stylist tried to tell me it's usually $20 extra to flat iron, and she was giving me a discount. I'm sorry, but you're the hair cuttery. When you advertise a $25 cut wash and blow dry you should honor that price, or change your advertised prices to reflect what you're actually going to charge. I will never be back.
When I tried to go there recently they told me a 30 min wait. Not a big deal. I wait the 30 min in which 3 different stylists have finished and disappeared, not taking anyone else. I inquire where I am on the list because they told me 30 min but not to go far because it could be less and they don't want me to get called over and then wait longer. I still have 5 people in front of me! I understand they were busy that's fine, but don't tell me 30 minutes when there is at a minimum an hour and a half wait IF all of their stylists were working but easily 3 hours since 3 of them disappeared. I never would have signed in because I had other things to do. I instead wasted my time because they didn't want to lose out on a sale.
