They took me in quickly, but the technician who worked with me cut my big toe. A conversation about the shape of my feet appeared to be taking place, with a couple of techs obviously talking and laughing about my feet, and I specifically asked for a treatment (Premium pedicure) that did not list peppermint mask instead of the spa pedicure (which DID list peppermint mask) and when I asked about it (after the technician finally came back to check on me), was told there was only one mask. When I pointed out that the was not what the card said, and what I used to base my decision on, I was told that the card was not printed correctly. When I mentioned that was not necessarily a great way to sell a service, another person came and said they were misprinted, as if I was to know that. They asked if I wanted something else, but by that time, my legs were burning and I just wanted out of there. When I paid, I told the gentlemen they should look into accurate service cards because my legs were uncomfortable and he said, "It only tingles a little bit." Last time I checked, *I* got to make the decision about how something felt. I got no remorse whatsoever, no offer of trying to make it better, and basically said I'd not be back and they didn't seem to be bothered about it one bit. Meh. I guess in an area where there aren't a ton of choices this might be somewhat acceptable because what choice do you have, but for me? I'll look elsewhere, and recommend elsewhere as well.

Terrible... I got a nail fungus and my manicure pedicure sucked
They did a good job with my basic pedicure. They did a pretty lousy job with my kids pedicures, polish flaked off in under a week. They do have two Hello Kitty chairs for the kids.
