Under staffed. I was waiting for 20 minutes just to find out how much a service cost. I was completely ignored I wasn't offered anything to drink, however, the lady next to me was. The customer service is clearly bias.

I love going here! Service was great. I got previously got acrylic nails and I've had them on for 2.5 weeks now. I haven't got a chance to fill them in because of work and busy schedule. But it amazes me how long they've lasted and not ONE nail has came off! Usually if I go to other nail saloons they come off within 1 weeks. I recommend going here.
