I was at the Verizon store yesterday around 2 pm. Before I had to work on the Navy base in pax. I purchased a wall charger or my phone the day before. So I went to get my money back. The was one employee sitting behind the counter. And another one put 2 costumer's in front of me. They serve them first. So this woman behind the counter. Was taking her time and I said nice to her I just wanted to get my money back. So she just taking her grand old time then when they started playing music air head started to dance in the middle of the floor. Plus she know I was in a tight schedule for the Navy base. I told her ur on the clock not to party. So I'm giving u a one star. And the head general manager needs to spend a week there and watch the employee working there.

Verizon business cell service is awesome! As a local real estate agent, they took time to make sure my business plan offered the features I needed. They even sent Anthony Tang Brown to meet me at my office and show me advanced features. I am impressed!
It was nice clean and service was great all the phones on display were not broken.
Verizon seems to have no problem charging an arm and a leg, but when it comes to having a problem with your cell phone or your service… there seems to be no answers except to buy a new phone. I have filed multiple complaints about the poor service coverage in my area, which I have never had a problem with previously, but no one seems to be able to give me any answers on why my service has all of the sudden changed. My phone is in "great working condition there must be a problem elsewhere".
This was possibly the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I got different answers from different people. At one point I had to leave the store to get an authorization emailed to a representative. When I returned he already left for the day despite saying he would be there until closing. Unprofessional, and then no one seemed to even care or try to help. When I mentioned we could send the authorization to someone who was there they said “we’re checking on it” and acted annoyed with us.
