I would recommend not using this location. Initially thought it was a better deal switching over during the but back promotion but everything verbally promised by the sales person did not come thru. I'm pay much more then with Verizon and the Sprint credit promotion was misrepresented.
I came in here and Janeay was extremely rude and she had absolutely no knowledge of the product or anything else for that matter whatsoever. I appreciate when the staff here insinuates that I am a liar and that I do not know what I am talking about. I will never come here again and I will be contacting corporate.
Bryan is the best always see him if you can. The store has a great vibe and the associates are always willing to solve your problems or fulfill your needs.
TiShawna helped me for over 3 hours set up and transfer my phone. She also did a whole plan set for a friend and I. She was nice, funny, and was super knowledgeable. Any question l asked, she answered. I recommended starting with her! She made my experience super quick and easy.
