The staff does not know much about electronics though and tends to push unnecessary software and/or packages that no one would really need and could easily be purchased else where for cheaper or even better software for free. I would suggest only buying what you need and decline anything they are pushing.
Good, knowledgeable staff. But it's a very small store and inventory suffers because of that.
Good service not always the best price but most of the time it’s better then going to Walmart.
Most of the staff lack any common sense. Especially the customer service for returns. They have severe listening and communication issues. Most places place their smartest people here. Not at Best Buy.
Good selection, price can be at the higher end at times but considering the availability of electronics at brick and mortar stores in SOMD, it is not bad.
After shopping around all evening for a TV, we stopped in Best Buy. The General Manager helped us find a tv with a great price! Even helped us load it into our truck. Great customer service! Thank you!
