Clean, respectful, and cheerful. The prices are a little higher, but the overall feel is better than most stores in Lexington Park
Nice store open design, a wide range of products. There staff is always friendly and helpful. They also price match, even if there is a discrepancy between the store and target online prices
Wide selection. Friendly cashiers. The produce section has the freshest fruit! New Magnolia section is a bit pricey, but nice.
Could care less about their customers and would rather be lazy than to provide good customer service. This is the 3rd time I have had a horrible experience at this store and I wont be going back. It's time this store steps up and actually takes the time to train their employee's their correct policies. I never knew trying to order my newborns rock n play would be so difficult when one employee tells me I can use a merchandise card online when it turns out we cannot so my husband and I try to go to the store to order the item at customer service and end up leaving after getting nothing but attitude from the customer service rep and the manager Kat. So at this point we ask if we can purchase a gift card or have the item transferred from another store and they said nope there's nothing we can do. So apparently we asked another stupid question when we said is there anything you can do and they said no, so my husband and I left and are taking a $75.00 loss. I would also like to add that we returned our items with a receipt and did not use our id's to return our items so we should have been given a gift card not a merchandise card.
I went in to buy clothes for my kids... I couldn't get through the isles with the cart because there were so many boxes and carts full of merchandise stored in the middle/main isle of the store. This is no longer a clean/organized Target. Sure the front looks great, but the rest is a crazy mess!
