Its okay. Lots of selfish, arrogant, my s*** don't stink kind of folks here.
Not a bad parking lot. Can be busy depending on what time you go. Entering and exiting can be dangerous so be careful.
Finding it is simple. It is on 235 southbound nestled in between Leonardtown/Solomon's Island Road and Pax River.
The public bus is forced to pick its riders up way over in the corner so that the upper class mall patrons aren't impeded by the lower class/underprivileged patrons. Sort of out of sight-out of mind kind of thing going on.
First Colony is Southern Maryland's answer to Tyson's Corner. It has everything you can think of.
Nothing too bad or good. We like some of the stores. With the traffic and ridiculously short traffic lights, getting back on 235 can be a little nightmarish.
At least Wal-Mart allows for pick up right in front of the store where the people are...
