After taking lessons with Deiter for seven loyal years, I took off two weeks of lessons to go on a vacation. After missing the boat, I requested to have my normal Tuesday slot still available, but it had been filled. Cried a bit but I'm over it now. Regardless of service, smells good in there ;) long story short, Deiter Done!
Paid one month in advance (4 classes) because i was told that i could get a refund in case i did not use them. I used only one class but only received $20.00 back. They invented many fees and subtracted them from the amount of the refund. Felt ripped off and helpless. Do not trust this place anymore.
