Tried eating here twice several months apart. Both times the chicken was under cooked and the first time I got sick on it. Appearance wise it looked cooked but the texture when you chew it gives it away.
Popeye's has the best chicken and this store is no exception.
Yeah sure.. I should have checked it in line. But I ordered 3 meals.. I SHOULDNT have to check them.
I went to the drive-thru and after waiting for five minutes I had to drive up to the window to get their attention. The place was not busy at all, so there wasn't a reason for them to not notice a customer. Also, they got my order wrong and wouldn't answer the phone when I called to inform them. Overall, I'd give this particular Popeyes 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the trouble and go to Great Mills.
This Popeyes is absolutely awful. Every time I go to the drive-through and get the same thing they always forget either the Friday or the mashed potatoes, they forget the sauce. My food is usually Luke warm. If you have the option to go to this one or the one down in Lexington Park… Go to the one in Lexington Park. By third gate for the base.
This Popeyes is just awful. I hate being on my lunch break.. paying for my food. Then getting back to work. And be missing the food. I can't go back out and check it.
Food is terrible here from the chicken tenders breading being soggy,to the biscuits being covered in a layer of salt- ordered chicken the other night and none of it was cooked all the way through,nothing but pink-yuck! Go the extra couple miles to the Great Mills Road location for COOKED food & great customer service (unlike here where they were rude as I placed my order and then yelling at eachother ,playing on their phones-etc)
