The ladies at CubeSmart were super helpful with my last minute need for a storage unit. I had to be moved out of house and neede storage. They were on time, the units were clean and secure and super nice. Thanks Velvet and Chiquita!
Both ladies in the office were very helpful, friendly, and answered all of my questions. The first month was free and the pricing was very reasonable considering I priced several other facilities and the other facilities were more for the same size. I'm actually glad there is not a 24/7 hour access to the facility due to that, in my opinion, would not be as secure from criminal activity. I would definitely recommend this facility to others looking for a storage facility.
Tried to get a unit here when we first moved to the area 3 years ago and the manager was a no show twice. Said something about personal issues and was rude. Like we were taking up their valuable time. Ended up going to a storage place in Lexington Park area instead.
