Aboslutley the worst establishment I've ever had the displeasure of walking into! Managment is rude and disrespectful, rooms were absolutely disgusting and they are roach and bed bug infested! When we brought this to the attention of Managment, they called the cops on us for demanding a refund for the 1 night we stayed because it was 11 at night and we had traveled 24 hours to get here with a small child! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I will be contacting cooperate and the health department!
The worst place ever opened my door jam was loaded with roaches. Got my refund and ran as fast as I could out of this place. 12/5/17
Booked a room on September 13th. Called the hotel a week before we plan to leave. They said my reservation was never placed and now they are booked and can't help. Will never stay at red roof. Glad I never gave them a dime.

Absolutely the worst service in a hotel I have ever had! It took us over 45mins to check in because the lady at the desk wanted to tell me I selected the wrong dates online(which I didn't) . We were booking out room at 12midnight online at the front desk to get a cheaper rate because they wouldn't honor the online rate. We requested an extra pillow, which we were told they didn't have any...... I have never had a hotel not have extra pillows. We also requested a late checkout out as we didn't get into the room until almost 1am!!!! However we were declined a late check out and we were told by the manager that she had been overly accommodating......... More like rude is all she had been! The night staff worker wasn't able to call and speak to the manager as she said the manager doesn't answer calls orlnly texts...... Which her replies werent quick. Had she just called to resolve the check-in problem maybe it wouldn't have taken so long. This is a hotel I would recommend to never stay at! Very very poor customer service.
