When I picked them up, every single one was too long. The man who originally took my order was there, and did not have an apologetic attitude when I told him that all three pairs had to be re-done. He STILL did not take measurements, so I had to estimate 1" shorter. He then stated that they weren't responsible if the redo wasn't correct.
When I brought the pants in, they simply asked "how long?" I asked if I should try them on, or if they should take measurements. Nope. They just asked how long, so I told them my typical in-seam length.
Maybe they're fine for dry cleaning, etc. But their handling of my experience was so unacceptable that I can't see using them again in the future.
NEVER use these guys
DO NOT USE for tailoring. I needed a few pairs of pants hemmed. This should be simplest tailoring job there is.
Bottom line: Go here if you have to, but not if you don't want your clothing ruined.
When I brought the dress back in, I was told that only the owner could do anything about it, and I would have to come back when he was there.
I was an Ultra Clean customer for about 9 months. Then, I brought in a dress with a pleated skirt to be cleaned. The dress came back with the pleats pressed out of the bottom two thirds of the skirt.
After leaving work early to do this, the owner told me that they hadn't pressed the pleats out, and there were two different sets of pleats in the skirt -- the normal looking ones on the top, and the weird wavy remnants of pleats that were on the bottom. His English progressively got worse as he refused to even consider the possibility that they had screwed up. He was willing to give me my money back for the cost of cleaning, but not to compensate me for the loss of the dress or fix it.
Picked them up again today. Still too long. A complete waste of $35.
Never use these guys. Brought in a comforter to be cleaned. They not only failed to clean it but it had more hair and other junk on it. I told them that it was not cleaned and I wanted to take it to another cleaners. They refused to return it stating I can come back next week when it will be redone or pay them for their "effort"
We took our comforter there to be cleaned. When we went to pick it up, there was more hair and lint on it then when dropped off and you could tell it was never even washed. My husband voiced his concern and didn't want to pay since the services were obviously not provided as they should, but they would not return our comforter until the fee was paid. Such a rip off and the comforter still needs to be cleaned. We will never go there again and urge others not to as well.
