The wait is super long!! Thus the 3 star rating. We would like to commend Sharon the Medical assistant though who works there (short hair and wears glasses). She takes patient information and vital signs before you see the doctor. She is outstanding! Very professional yet amazing with both adults and kids. It is the only Doctor's office that my 2 year old doesn't cry (with Sharon there). We have been there maybe 5 times but all 3 visits with her were excellent!! The waiting time is super long every time we have been there but Sharon is worth the wait.
This is the first time I went in to this facility. I had to have some labs done and the nurse told me it would be about 3-4 days. I called to check on my status which is what people do and I got 3 different answers on my lab. The doctor got on the phone and said I don't know why I'm talking to you I have patients to see...Rude!!!!!! They got upset because I wanted to know the status of my health. It has been 6 days and still nothing. Never going back to this facility.
Went in for a upper body injury. The wait was very long. The doctor came into the room for at max 3 minutes and already had a diagnosis. No amount of experience could give someone the ability to be certain of a diagnosis which was concerning to due to the location of the injury. In my opinion very unprofessional. The reception staff were very professional and pleasant to deal with. All in all not returning to that location.
Went to MedExpress Urgent Care today (two days before Christmas) and the professional staff from intake to diagnosis were superb. Very nice, helpful and caring. Thank you all.
This place is the best. Super caring staff all of them. The Doctor was so nice and there was no wait time . I will be coming here for now on. Thanks.
