Sent in a Playstation via the mail and took almost a month to get it back. Multiple calls and they hadn't had a chance to look at a 15 minute job. Finally i get the call that is been working fine and nothing is wrong with it. I get it back, turn it on, dies. Absolute waste of my time. They didn't do anything that i suggested, either. I asked for my $50, ya, $50 "inspection" fee back. Awaiting his reply.
If i had the ability to give a HUGE fat 0, I would. Service is terrible. Absolutely no decent customer service ...they've had our projector since beginning of November...its now February 6th...never a follow up on status ...always have to call and the answer is "I have to talk to my tech". Such a scam.
SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER. avoid this place. mark charged $35 dollars just to look at my item and didn't even fix it. never mentioned that their was charge just for a consultation.
To owner's response to my review: you absolutely did not provide a diagnosis to my Samsung TV! If you did, I wouldn't have an $1,800 TV sitting in my garage still broken.
Fixed my cracked wife's iphone promptly, very helpful, same price as DC.
I've always understood diagnostic fees are for you to be provided with a diagnostic service. Not for someone to take your money and tell you nothing. Took my Samsung TV to him to get diagnosed (and would have paid for repairs) but this guy couldn't figure it out and still took my cash! Complete waste of my time and money. I would have understood if he couldn't figure it out .. no hard feelings.. but don't charge me for nothing.
