Do not order online for this location. I tried to and it took me almost a month to get my item. There were complications at the distribution center, nobody in customer service was actually helpful and we ended up spending more time on hold than actually addressing anyone. I've been hung up on by customer service representatives on a few occasions here after being nothing but polite, and the managers are next to never available. There is a gap in the communication of the store from manager to manager, so don't expect anything to run correctly.
This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever been a part of, and I wish we had another option in the area so I never have to deal with these people again.
I agree with most of the reviews about the service. You never know what you're going to get when it comes to customer service. This is a place for buying in bulk or getting things cheaper. If you're not sure what you need and will need help, go to Dyson Lumber. You pay more but they practically hold your hand and make sure you get the job done or they will special order what you need if they don't have it.
Lowes delivery is horrible. After waiting three weeks only half my order made it. After four calls being assured it would all arrive together it did not happen and I had to pick the rest up myself.
Always a great place to shop for home improvement obviously. Hard to get in and out of sometimes due to poor shopping center planning
There are a few good people but most of them just don't care. I had one lazy forklift driver that just wanted to play on his phone, from garden section, give me two options, twice. Then when I choose the second option he provided, he said we're not going to do that. I asked him 'why would you give two options and then say you're not willing to do it?' He never answered me. Pat, the other guy in garden, took one look at my wife's angry face and then said he would help me load the truck. The lazy forklift driver just went back to his phone.
The associate named Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable. It made it very easy to solve our problem and make sure we had everything we needed. Awesome experience.
