My fiancé and I had drywall and flooring done in our single family home. The finished product looks great! The drywall contractor was very courteous and professional and the flooring contractors were very efficient. There was a hiccup where we didn't have enough material to finish the flooring but our designer got it ordered right away at no cost to us and completed the job as soon as it was received.
They have a Beautiful showroom w/many options and personnel to answer questions you may have to make your experience exciting and positive.
Came into the showroom to get some ideas for a house we're about to buy and wow what a selection! I'm not quite ready to jump into a remodel yet but the inviting atmosphere and knowledgeable staff definitely make me want to come back.
We were charged for two days of work; yet they only did 6 hours of actually work;arrived at 10, left at 4pm. Oh, only one worker worked six hours the other left at 2pm. Before the job began I mentioned this to Anthony, stating, "this is only a one day job why are we being charged an additonal $800". He insisted that the charges were necessary and would not remove the fees by then the 72 hours to cancle the contract had pass. I forgot to mentioned they installed the system incorrectly, six months later they still haven't fixed it.
The Customer Service/Front Desk along product knowledge is top notch, they can assist in answering you in whatever you want done to your kitchen & bath as well as friendly, welcoming and professional.
Just experienced the most negative salesperson in met in a long time. Clearly not interested in selling anything. Poor attitude.
