The staff are so friendly and always smiling. My daughter never keeps still for her dentist but when she started going there she actually keeps still. They explain everything and I have had a very positive experience overall. Not to mention their office is very kid friendly
My daughter had her first visit to the dentist at Smile Castle Pediatric Dentistry (she’s a little over 1). The experience we had was great! The office was super clean, the staff/hygienists were friendly and inviting, and the dentist worked well with my wiggly child who was not thrilled about letting him look around her mouth. He stayed calm and kept reassuring me that she was doing great. We’ll definitely be going back for our visits and I would highly recommend them. Another great thing for me as a working mom of 2 is that the paperwork was all online, so I was able to complete it then print it and bring it with me. It was much easier than trying to wrangle a busy little girl and complete new patient forms.
The staff was very friendly from the front desk all the way to the assistants and dentist. There were a lot of fun toys to distract my little ones and motivate them to sit still. Everyone was professional and did a thorough job. I'm happy we chose to go here!
I have two boys ages 2 and 6 and this place was wonderful with them! My 6 year old was very cooperative and loves going to the dentist. My 2 year old was not a fan and wasn't cooperating but they still found ways to work with him to get what they needed! Would definitely recommend!
This place was was amazing. I ended up being a half hour late, (shame on me) but they were nothing but accommodating. The play area for the kids was fun and they have tablets to play with. The techs were very nice and professional. And the dentist was very nice and gentle to my little girl. I look forward to taking my daughter here again. It definitely gave me peace of mind.
