Worst Dunkin I have ever been too! All the employees are super slow! Waited 15 minutes for a drink and they forgot my food. They constantly put sugar in my coffe when I state no sugar...I’m a diabetic. Can we please get new Management!
Forgot about our order. When we did get the food (after asking the staff where our food was), it was hastily made and the cheese wasn't even melted.
Hash browns are nearly always soggy. Drive through service consistently moves at a snail's pace. As of typing this, I've been in the drive through for over ten minutes.
I'm a daily customer. This store location is always clean, the employees are always smiling and provide excellent customer service along with consistency. During peak hours they somehow manage to keep your wait time to a minimum (and still get your order correct!) I can truly say it is an absolute pleasure to to be a customer & more businesses should have employees ( and management ) like they do. They also support a local school!!
This place is getting terrible. I decided to go inside to get my normal coffee with cream because drive thru was awful, as usual. Inside was just as bad with less cutomers. I waited close to 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. Why is that when the coffee pots are right there? While waiting they couldn't get customers orders right. Also forgetting a customers order that was never finished.It was sitting there half made til she finally asked about. Sorry for the bad review. Management needs to step in.
